What data do we process?

For communication you agree to give us personal data such as: email address, first and last name, telephone number. If you have a contractual relationship with All Friends we will request and process your university or faculty, Facebook, Instagram, citizenship, country of residence, correspondence address, identifying identity documents (CI, Passport, Residence Permit), travel history abroad, contact details of an emergency contact and of the parents.

We may also collect and then process certain information about your behavior while visiting our website or using the smartphone application to customize your online experience and to offer you tailored services for your profile.

On our website and on the app we can store and collect information in cookies and similar technologies, according to the Cookie Policy.

What is the purpose and legal basis of the processing?

The purpose to process personal data collected through your consent is to ensure that the contractual agreements between us can be properly implemented so that the relationship can work smoothly and comply with legal requirements, to provide you commercial and marketing materials (eg. information about products, offers, other information about product delivery etc.). The processing of your personal data is based on your consent to that effect (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Who has access to your data?

If you are a recipient of any of our services for which you voluntarily signed up the personal data transmitted by you is processed by All Friends. Moreover, if you are a participant in any of our partner agencies’ programs and you agree to use services provided by All Friends the personal data transmitted by you will also be processed by All Friends.

How long is your data stored?

Personal data provided by you will be processed during the All Friends contract or during the subscription to the newsletter.

Subsequently, either at the termination of the collaboration relationship or at the expiry of the legal obligation to archive that All Friends has, under applicable tax and accounting law, the data will be erased.

What are your rights to withdraw consent and unsubscribe?

You have a number of rights in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. However, if your claims are unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, the All Friends may: (i) either charge a fee based on administrative costs for providing the information or communication, or for taking the required measures; (ii) refuse to comply with the request.
